This isliterally the first review Ihave ever written inmy life. Iknow that Ihave never been frustrated enough toever leave areview before. Normally, Ijust can't bebothered. Anyway, Iam leaving this review not because someone else bought the car first, but because weasked what weneeded todo tohold thecar, wewere told that they would hold itforus. Weasked ifwe should put money down, and wewere told noand that they would hold the car regardless. We'd even scheduled anappointment tohave itlooked atby our mechanic inthe morning. All this tosay, please don't say you're going tohold acar ifyou don't meanit. Seriously, Iwould have accepted even acraigslist answer amountingto, “Sorry, it's first come, first served.” The lack ofhonesty was areal letdown, otherwise very friendly folks.… – show

Purchased acar here inJune of2022. Owner answered all myquestions about the vehicle and made the buying experience simple and easy.
I did end uphaving aminor engine issue and the vehicle was taken totheir shop, issue was identified, and fixed according tothe warranty they gave meon the vehicle. Iwas more than pleased how they awaited the arrival ofmy vehicle and immediately had atechnician working onit within moments ofmy arrival. They clearly care about their reputation and their
customers.I would definitely feel comfortable buying one oftheir cars again.

Just bought myfirst car here. They were great towork with and the car isso clean and nice! Ilove them! Irecommended myfriends and family here! Masoud was the one that helped meand all Ican sayis, heis the BEST! Been toother dealerships and they lied and used mebut Unlimited Auto Sales didn’t dome dirty! Don't waste your hard earned money. Hubby paid cash for car 3months ago and weare currently stalled Inthe middle ofthe aBUSY STREET asa part from the car exploded and ishanging inthe street. Ohto insult toinjury unbeknownst tous the car has transmission issues, severe water damage and rust inwhich wedidnt know about until wetook itin for aninspection. Probably acar traded from TXafter the hurricane. Called the dealer last week told him about the water damage and bad transmission and hesaid hewould charge us$2000plus dollars toreplace the transmission! Wewere sold alemon!!!!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE. WEJUST LOSS THOUSANDS OFDOLLARS!
Update wegot the car fixed only todiscover there was another issue only this time with the engine. Westopped putting money inthe car and bought anotherone. Unfortunately weare out ofthousands ofdollars. The car didnt last us6months! Icant make this stuffup!

The dealer isnice and easy towork with but they sell lemons. Purchased a2012Kia Sorento form this place, and it's been inthe shop 3times and itis currently atan actual Kia dealer and they can't figure out what's wrong withit. They've had itfor over amonth. I'm not onrecord buying the vehicle there because Iwas with mygirlfriend when she boughtit.

Drive 40minutes tocheck out avehicle that was available when wearrived atthe store. Pull back inand amtold itsold. Kicked out ofthe car with apocket full $ and never asked ifI wanted tobuy itprior toaccepting another offer.
